How To Get Nemesis’ Leona Skin Without IOS or Android

Overview

Some people complain that they can’t play hence can’t get Leona skin for SMITE’s Nemesis Jetpack Fighter because they don’t have Android or IOS device to play it on. You can! This guide will tell you how.

The Problem

When Jetpack Fighter app came out for mobile devices, it was announced that people could acquire Leona skin for SMITE’s Nemesis by completeing first 48 levels in the game app. Furthermore, if a player doesn’t have Nemesis god unlocked on their account, this will unlock the god as well.

Unfortunately, not all had mobile devices with iOS or Android. Some do such as myself but their devices are simply too old to be able to run the game.

So people in those situations were like this…

The Solution

But! There’s an answer to your woes.

There’s a way to get the skin without needing to own a mobile iOS/Android device! Yes, that’s right, you don’t even need a mobile device!

The solution is to use an emulator on your computer or laptop. While there are many emulators available out there, I’ll explain how to do so via BlueStacks.

In less than 24 hours I was able to score the skin. You can do so too!

I tried few emulators and for me, BlueStacks was best option so far hence the reason I chose this emulator. By the way it’s free, no need to shell out money unless you want to support the developers.

Sir, Do Tell Us How!

Go to BlueStacks’ website[www.bluestacks.com].

Go all way to the bottom of the front page and click on the large blue button which says… Download BlueStacks.

Once the exe file is downloaded, run it. Click, click, click, choose a language, click.

Then all you need is a Gmail account. Don’t have one? What are you waiting for? Set up one!

It will ask you to set up a payment method, you can skip this part.

Click on the Search button and search for Jetpack Fighter.

Click on Jetpack Fighter, download it. It will ask you about payment again, just skip it. You can toggle off loading via WiFi – I don’t know if it makes difference. I turned it off.

Once the game has been downloaded, click “Open” to run it. Click some more then you might see this window:

Ignore it. Click on Ok and you should be taken to the opening screen of the game.

Here you are!

Tips & Suggestions

Linking Accounts
You may want to link your Jetpack Fighter account to your HiRez account. From what I understood, this only enables you to get Nemesis character for Jetpack Fighter. When you complete 48 levels, you will get a code to input into the Redeem page in SMITE. If you want to do this, click on the gear icon in upper right corner.

Then click on HiRez logo and sign into your HiRez account. It’s basically the same username and password you use for your SMITE account.

Key Mapping
While you could use your mouse to do swipes, I have found for the purpose to rush through the game in order to get the code for the skin, W A S D keys sufficed. You do not need to completel all three stars for each level, just complete it. In fact you can just bypass most enemies and rush directly to the end! To do this, click on WASD logo in upper corner in BlueStacks while running the game.

Click on Swipe
You will see this window

Click in the circle next to Swipe Left and input whatever you want. I just followed the traditional approach – WASD but you can assign whatever and name whatever you want.

After you’re done you should see something like this

Close the window and make sure you save.

BlueStacks TV
You can click close BlueStacks TV window on the right if you don’t care for it.
