- Bottom and top row puzzle pieces are “slim“, they are only 65% as wide as other pieces, so they are easily spotted.

- The pieces with one or three in/outs are guaranteed to be on one of the edge. Not all edge pieces are 1/3 bits, but all 1/3 bits are edges. (discovered by borandi. Thanks! )
- Make sure to sort the pieces into the trays. Well worth the time spent doing so. (Thanks ladynadiad)

Yellow and White/Silver pieces are a good start, as there are only few of them in different shades.
