Complete any job. Unlocks automatically.

#2 – Do It ASAP ⚠️
"Complete a job in under 1 minute."
Just meet the 70% minimum — perfection not required. Best done on the garage cleaning job. Clean the window first for a quick star. Upgrade skills before attempting.

#3 – You're Doing It Wrong ⚠️
"Kill a cockroach with a hammer."
Wait for a cockroach to appear, then swing your hammer at it (NOT the vacuum). Make sure no E-prompt is on screen.

#4 – Car Mechanic ✅
"Hit a car with your hammer."
Houses with cars: Home and Car, Garage with Bunker, Pink Kingdom.

#5 – Strongman ✅
"Lift a car."
Same houses as Car Mechanic. Walk up and hold the lift key.

#6 – Knock, Knock ✅
"Knock on the door."
Buy Huckster's House and hammer the front door.

All email jobs must be fully completed. Jobs are replayable — no pressure.

Artist — wants paintings and modern décor. Use Variable Woman's House: remove kitchen sink, add 7+ pictures/paintings.

Set currency to Euro. Fast method: buy House That Is Hiding Something, break the left basement wall, sell the hidden room items (armchair + valuable painting), resell house for ~€60K profit. Repeat.

#22 – Negotiator ⚠️
"Negotiate a sale earning €50,000 or more."
Set currency to Euro. Max your Price Negotiation perk. Easiest on Alone Home: sell immediately and negotiate up.

#23 – Game Over ❌
"Sell every house in the game once."
Includes DLC houses if you own the DLCs.

☢️ APOCALYPSE FLIPPER DLC — 3 Achievements

Bunker buyers only appear on houses with bunkers. Suitable houses: Garage with Bunker, Old House with Bunker, Uncle's Bunker.

#24 – The Tactical Prepper ✅
"Sell to Lonewolf37."
Ex-military — wants weapons + food storage, no unnecessary furniture. Use Garage with Bunker: sell immediately, he's already #1.

#25 – Doomsday Prepper ✅
"Sell to Maria Kolkowsky."
Wants bunker + living amenities, NO weapons. Use Old House with Bunker: sell immediately with light negotiation.

#26 – The Survivalist ⚠️
"Sell to Ted Arrown."
Wants bunker + 2 beds + generators + weapons. Use Garage with Bunker: go downstairs, buy 2x generators and 2x bunk beds.

🌿 GARDEN FLIPPER DLC — 12 Achievements

#27 – Give It Some Fresh Air ✅
Take your laptop outside into the garden and press E to use it.

#28 – Beginner Gardener ✅
Complete the first Garden DLC job (green mail from Eveline Hawes).

#29 – Call Me Edward ✅
Use the new DLC tools (mow, plant, gravel, remove weeds) during the first job.

#30 – Competitor ✅
Enter any Garden Contest. Press Enter on the sell screen → "Submit garden for contest."

#31 – Whac-A-Mole ⚠️
Remove all molehills on a DLC map until a mole pops out.

#32 – Don Quixote ⚠️
Buy a Wooden Fan Pedro (windmill) from the garden shop, place it, then hit it with your hammer.

#33 – Vegan ⚠️
Plant 50+ carrots total across any maps. May require 55–75 to be safe.

#34 – Perfect Layout ⚠️
Get 5 stars in "Layout" at a Garden Contest. Buy Garden After House Construction, submit immediately under "English," "American," or "Modern" style.

#35 – According to the Rules ❌
Get 5 stars in "Plant Section." Plant on First Office: 25 carrots, 25 parsley, 10 pumpkin, 10 zucchini, 10 blueberry, 10 cucumis, 10 raspberry. Submit under "Crop."

#36 – Fully Equipped ❌
Get 5 stars in "Equipment." Use Huckster's House. Buy: Sofa Jamaica, 2x Chair Jamaica, Table Jamaica, 2x Couch Beto, Umbrella Nasofa, Carousel Asobi, Grill Fury, 20x Ball Solar lamps, Alu Arbor, Hammock. Submit under "American."

#37 – Gardener ⚠️
Unlock all Garden DLC skill points.

#38 – Let's Swim! ⚠️
Fill ponds 15 times total across your save. Can fill/drain/refill a single pond to grind this.

📺 HGTV DLC — 12 Achievements

39 – Down to the Last Penny ✅
Spend nearly the entire budget on any HGTV job.

#40 – Truly Open Space ✅
Remove all interior walls. Easy method: buy First Office and demolish every interior wall.

#41 – Whole Family ⚠️
Create a big family living room. Buy Alone Home, remove walls on floor 1, place corner sofa + TV. Or just pick up the knocked-over table in Job 1.

#42 – Chimney Sweeper ⚠️
During the HGTV job "Uninvited Guests", interact with the fireplace to clear the bat nest.

#43 – Modern Solutions ⚠️
During job "Only One Half", hammer a wall with a radiator pipe until a leak occurs. Do NOT fix it — sell the broken pipe instead.

#44 – Time Warp ✅
Open your portfolio and view before/after photos of a completed HGTV job.

#45 – All the Possibilities! ✅
Replay any HGTV job and choose the opposite client option from your first playthrough.

#46 – Oliver's Way / Greta's Touch ⚠️
In a job with three distinct design decisions (such as "Water Horizon" or "Last Moving"), choose exclusively Oliver's choices or exclusively Greta's choices throughout the entire job. One achievement per path.

#47 – Homer's House ⚠️
On the HGTV map, click on Homer's house. Look for the house with a purple car parked out front.

#48 – Renovator ❌
Complete all jobs on the HGTV map.

#49 – Beach Please ✅
Move your main office to a beachfront HGTV property. Try "Stilt House" or "House with a Sea View." To move your office: buy a house, go inside, and press Esc → "Move office here."

#50 – I Am Rich ✅ (counted here for flow — see Luxury DLC below)

💎 LUXURY DLC — 12 Achievements

#51 – I Am Rich ✅
Purchase any Luxury DLC house. Unlocks the moment you buy it.

#52 – Step Up Your Game ✅
Replace a staircase using the selling tool. Unlocks naturally during the second Luxury job.

#53 – The Choice Is Yours ✅
Make your first client choice during a Luxury job. Triggers during the second job automatically.

#54 – You Are Too Creative! ⚠️
During any Luxury job with a client choice icon, pull out your selling tool and try to sell the choice icon itself. The game will refuse — and pop the achievement.

#55 – The Wi-Fi Password, Anyone? ✅
Move your main office to any Luxury DLC house. (Esc → "Move office here" from inside the house.)

#56 – I Hope There's No Cellar ⚠️
Place an indoor swimming pool inside an enclosed room. Build walls around a pool in any property you own.

#57 – Windows Update ⚠️
Replace a total of 10 windows across any jobs or houses. Tracks cumulatively across your save.

#58 – The Furnisher ⚠️
Restore/repair old furniture at least 5 times. You'll find restorable antique furniture in various Luxury DLC jobs — interact with the piece to restore it.

#59 – I Fixed It! ⚠️
After completing the boat job, buy the boat property. Go aboard and hit the steering wheel with your hammer.

#60 – Panorama ⚠️
During the Cliff House job ("Something Ends, Something Begins"), go to the yard/pool area and take a photo of the city skyline using your tablet. The pool-side angle gives the clearest shot.

#61 – This Belongs in a Museum ⚠️
During the final Luxury job "Family Values", go behind the house and walk through the waterfall into the hidden room. Interact with the peacock statue inside.

#62 – Luxury Is Always in Style ❌
Complete all 13 jobs in Moonrise Bay (the Luxury DLC map).

🐾 PETS DLC — 12 Achievements

#63 – What's in the Box? ✅
During the very first Pets DLC job, open the cardboard box that appears at the end. You don't have to adopt the animal inside — just open it.

#64 – Welcome to Cozy Village ✅
Move your main office to any Cozy Village (Pets DLC) property. Buy a house, go inside, press Esc → "Move office here."

#65 – Caretaker ✅
Adopt a pet via your laptop. Go to the adoption tab and select any available animal from Morgan's Pet House.

#66 – Versatile Caretaker ⚠️
Adopt three different types of animals from Morgan's Pet House (e.g., a dog, a cat, and a rabbit).

#67 – Fresh, Clean, and Dry ⚠️
Bathe your pet when it is dirty. Use the large blue washing station. Your pet will get dirty over time; just wait.

#68 – It's Playtime! ✅
Open the pet interaction menu and select the play option. Any pet, any time.

#69 – Tap-Tap-Tap… ✅
Open the pet interaction menu and tell your pet to "Follow me."

#70 – The Floor Is Your Canvas ⚠️
Clean up animal waste (dirt/feces) off the floor using a mop. Pets will occasionally make a mess indoors.

#71 – Teamwork ⚠️
Bring your pet along on a renovation job. Open the interaction menu at the job site and select "Take pet with me" (or equivalent option that appears).

#72 – They Grow Up So Fast… ❌
Wait for your pet to grow from baby → young → adult. This takes real in-game time. Keep playing and it will unlock passively.

#73 – Picture Perfect ✅
Take a photo of your pet using your tablet.

#74 – A Journey Full of Fluffiness ❌
Complete all Pets DLC jobs.

🚜 FARM DLC — 12 Achievements

#75 – The Bigger the Better ✅
Use the new construction/architecture tool to build any room extension. Unlocks after the first Farm DLC job — go back to your house and build something.

#76 – Captain Hook ⚠️
Use the grappling hook (acquired in the first Farm DLC job) to climb to the top of a tree.

#77 – Music to My Ears ✅
Find and turn on a radio anywhere in the Farm DLC.

#78 – Old McDonald ⚠️
Purchase at least one of every farm animal type (8 total — make sure to get both a hen AND a rooster separately).

#79 – They're All in One Basket ❌
Collect 20 chicken eggs in your pantry. Buy a coop with 5 hens, upgrade your farming skill so each hen drops 2 eggs, and harvest repeatedly.

#80 – Hardworking Farmer ⚠️
Plant and harvest at least one of every crop type. Check the seed shop to ensure you've covered all available varieties.

#81 – Drone Master ⚠️
Use the drone to both take a crop photo AND fertilize crops. Both actions must be performed with the drone for the achievement to unlock.

#82 – Don't Hold Your Horses ⚠️
Ride a horse and jump over an obstacle. Horses are available on your farm once purchased. Approach an obstacle at speed to trigger the jump.

#83 – Just Don't Get Lost! ⚠️
Navigate to the center of the corn maze in the banjo player's job ("Grandpa's Surprise"). Use your drone to get an aerial view of the maze layout — it makes the solution obvious.

#84 – Talented Roofer ⚠️
Change the roof of your house using the roof-edit tool. This mechanic is taught in the 9th Farm DLC job — complete that first to unlock it.

#85 – Free Spirit ✅
Move your main office to an empty farm plot. (Esc → "Move office here" from within the plot.)

#86 – A Long Day in the Countryside ❌
Complete all 10 Farm DLC jobs.

🍽️ DINE OUT DLC — 10 Achievements

#87 – Appetite Comes with Eating ✅
Complete the first Dine Out DLC job.

#88 – The Way to One's Heart… ⚠️
Complete any 5 Dine Out DLC jobs. They don't need to be 100%.

#89 – The Cherry on Top ❌
Complete all 10 Dine Out DLC jobs. Cook 5 recipes using the universal cooker. You can cook the same dish repeatedly — no need for variety.

#91 – Flavours Hunter ❌
Unlock all 31 recipes. 20 are earned through the perk tree. The remaining 11 are physically hidden inside the 10 DLC jobs — search each job carefully for recipe books or collectibles.

#92 – Don't Judge a Restaurant by Its Sign ⚠️
Edit an outdoor neon restaurant sign using the customization tool. A neon sign first becomes available in the 5th Dine Out job.

#93 – Table, Deck Yourself! ❌
Create and save 10 different tableware presets for a dining table. Place a dining table, press E to enter the table layout editor, design a setup, and save it. Repeat 10 times with distinct layouts.

#94 – Property Manager ⚠️
Rent out 5 properties using the Dine Out DLC rental system. Purchase houses and list them as rentals from your laptop.

#95 – Why Live on Bread and Water? ❌
Generate approximately €10,000 in passive rental income. Rent out multiple high-value properties and let the income accumulate.

#96 – Land in Hot Water ⚠️
Fall through an open hole in the floor or jump over a railing inside a building. Easiest in the "Cloud-High Surprise" job — there is an open floor gap you can drop through, or jump over a railing inside the building.
