Go in tutorials and choose firing range or helicopter range. You can also simply open the console by pressing the ` or F6 key and typing in the following command in the console:
open VNTE-“mapname” – – – // make sure to exclude the quotation marks when typing in the commands
for maps that use helicopters you have to type in VNSU-“mapname”
and for skirmish maps VNSK-“mapname”
use the command “explosives” to obtain the item
