Basic Rules for fair MP battle.

Total War: ATTILA1.2k views8 favorites1 min readby RTK | NaragUpdated Nov 25, 2023View on Steam ↗

5 simple rules.

1º: Maximum 6 cavalry units (which includes general, melee, shock and missile cavalry), because cavalry units in Attila should all be called "Hydrogen Bomb" instead.

2º: Maximum 4 of the same unit.

3º: Maximum 4 pikemen (personally I think it should be only 3 to avoid pikebox camping, but I don't want to be so restrictive.)

4º: No artillery.

5º: No elephants.

6º: No camping in hills or in little square close to the magic red line.

Those rules make the game way more interesting to play because it obligates players to use their brains and build a balanced and efficient army, otherwise, without those rules Attila is just a competition to see who bring more cavalry and pikes. Have common sense and follow those simple rules, this way everyone can have better fights.
