Do not go ham by running in to a enemies spawn and spraying. you will just die. try playing rushing 80% and 20% defensive at the same time. then it should work perfectly. use cover. go prone behind a rock or in the grass hide behind a wall to heal or wait for the pray to come. This should boost your k/d ratio atleast a bit.
