BrainBread 2 Mod Tools, is a simple tool where you can create your own maps, upload and/or update your addons on workshop.

Q: Where can I find the Mod Tools?

You can find the BrainBread 2 Mod Tools under the tools section of steam. (Library->Tools).

Q: How do i upload to workshop?

You can easily upload your addon trough our tool BrainBread 2 Mod Tools which you can find under the tools section. When the Mod Tools is started up, double click on "Workshopper" to begin uploading, or to update your previous addon.


To Create/Upload an addon, just click on the button that says "Create" and the upload UI will open.

Q: How do I update my workshop item?

To update your addon, basically click on the "Update" button. If your addon is a Custom Map, it can get whitelisted.

If whitelisted, a green text saying "Your map is whitelisted" will appear, for more information, go to the section Workshop Rules.

Q: My item is marked as incompatible, what should I do?

If your item is marked as incompatible, chances are that your item may not have meet one, or several, or all of the guidelines that are listed below.

Note
Your item will also be tagged as incompatible if its broken (not updated for days and/or weeks by the author) or breaks the official workshop rules by valve

Workshop Rules

All the maps that is uploaded into workshop, doesn't give any EXP until they get whitelisted. The reason is due to hording EXP, or unfair gameplay (unbalanced maps) etc.

The list that follows must be met to be allowed into the whitelist:
  • Balanced maps
  • No Obscenity
  • No Harmful material
  • No Achievement maps
  • No Offensive material
  • No Hoard Maps
  • Ports with permission
  • Make sure maps cater for both humans and players zombies (Not one sided)
