Overview
I was nagged by the forced german subtitles, so here’s some info if you do not like it either.
Region (control panel)
Open the start menue and type “region”.
Administration tab
Change the tab to “administration” and click on the lower button “change system locale”
Change system locale
Choose “English (United Staates)” or some other locale, which just changes the language for some programs, it does not change the whole system language.
Restart now
Click “Restart Now” and you are good to go.
