Character Guide

Here is where terms for powers/abilities, etc. will be kept for quick reference. They will be sorted alphibeticly.

Big Characters have the following:
Double Jump: Cannot even double jump.
Special: Thunderclap. Attacks/destroys enemies/bricks in its long range.
Special (And hold): Picks up a throwable chunk of rock. Doesn't work over Sand or Metal.
Big Characters can also use Green Handles, and smash cracks. Fire characters can do some extra stuff:
Double Jump: Most can fly, and those who can't will be noted otherwise.
Special: (And hold) Fire Fire beam. (Can break golden objects)

This is the Avengers section, where stats for the Avengers is.

Double Jump: Double jump to fly. While flying, press and hold 'Jump' to fly higher, and 'Special' to fly lower.
Special: Fires missles, which can destroy Shiny Silver objects.
Special (And hold): Charges up Omni-Beam. Once charged, release 'Special' to fire.
Unlocked: By completing level 1: Sand Central Station. All is the same as Iron Man (Mark 6) except:
Unlocked: By completing bonus level "House Party Protocal". Purchased for 150,000. Everything is as Iron Man (Mark 6) except:
Fire Character: See reference guide.
Unlocked: I honestly forgot how you unlock Heartbreaker. is the same as Iron Man (Mark 17, Heartbreaker) except:
Unlocked: By completing Level 5: Rebooted, Resuited.

Iron Man (Heroic Age) can also be unlocked in the freeplay world, and is as Iron Man (Mark 6, 7).

Big Character: See Reference Guide section.
Unlocked: by completing level 1: Sand Central Station. Double Jump: Starts slinging webs. Kinda a slower version of flying.
Special: Spider Senses. Special: Holds shield up in position, which can deflect blasts, and redirect laser beams if on a redirection platform.
Attack and Target: To target a Shield Holder.
Unlocked: By completing Level 2: Special: Fires three arrows at once, capable of taking out three enemies at once.
Attack and Target: to target objects and enemies, and can also destroy Silver objects and use Web Things (For web slingers).
Unlocked: By completing Level 3: Exploratory Labratory. Special: Use cloaking device. Comes into use right at the beginning of Level 3.
Unlocked: By completing Level 3: Exploratory Labratory. Double Jump: to fly. While charged, attack and aim to use lightning bolt. (See below)
Special: Fires a small bolt of lightning.
Special (And hold): to charge thor up, and after charged, fires a beam of lightning that can't destroy golden objects, but can charge up power sockets.
Unlocked: By completing Level 7: Bifrosty Reuinion. Special: Cloaking Device.
Unlocked: By completing Level 10: Doctor in the House. Special: Cloaking Device.
Unlocked: By completing her three quests, all of which are on the helicarrier. Unlocked: By completing Bonus Level: Tabloid Tidy-Up.

Other Avengers
The following super-heroes are also avengers in some settings. (More to be added) Special: Shrink down to size. This may not seem good, but it's needed for unlocking some characters such as Wasp (Other Avengers). It may also make enemies less likely to hit.
Unlocked: Near the bonus level: Feeling Fisky. (I will provide a map location soon) Fire Character: See reference guide.
Unlocked: in Bonus Level: Nuff Said.

A group of four people who went into space (or something) and got super powers.

Double Jump: (And Hold) to glide accross gaps.
Special: Change form into something useful while on a Fantastic Four plate.
Special: (And hold) Change form into a teapot. (Will give you achievement first time you do this.
Unlocked: By completing Level 2: Times Square Off. Special: Mind Blast? Go invisible and activate shield.
Special: (And hold) Telekinises.
Unlocked: By completing Level 8: Doctor in the House. Fire Character: See reference guide.
Double Jump: To fly.
Unlocked: By completing Level 6: Red Head Detention. Big Character: See reference guide.
Unlocked: By completing Level 8: Doctor in the House.

The super-hero mutants. They all live in the X-Mansion.

Special: Wolverine senses? Also used for digging.
Unlocked: By completing Level 4: Rock up in the Lockup.
Notes: Wolverine is one of the irritating heroes to play. You know how every character has their own special attack move that they do sometimes? Wolverine does his alot more often.

Cyclops (Scott Summers)
Special: Fires a plasma blast.
Special: (And hold) Fires a beam of Plasma, which can destroy Golden Objects.
Unlocked: By completing Level 8: Juggernauts and Crosses.

Double Jump: Levitation. Doesn't exactly Fly... but It's good enough to fly over gaps.
Special: Use Shield.
Special: (And hold) Telekenisis
Unlocked: By completing Level 8: Juggernauts and Crosses. Double Jump: As Jean Grey (X-Men).
Special: Fires a tornado! Quite useful against enemies.
Special: (And hold): Charge up. While charged, Fires a beam of Lightning as Thor (Avengers).
Unlocked: By completing Level 8: Juggernauts and Crosses. Special: Fires a snowball.
Special: (And hold) fires a beam of Ice, which freezes anyone it touches. Frozen enemies can be killed in one hit. Also used to make objects out of water.
Unlocked: By completing Level 8: Juggernauts and Crosses. Same as Wolvering except:
Unlocked: By completing Level 8: Juggernauts and Crosses. Does nothing except Cloak. Although I thought she was supposed to freeze stuff?
Special: Cloaking device.
Unlocked: By completing Xavier's second task (Near X-Mansion). Double-Jump: To fly.
Unlocked: South of the X-Mansion. Need to destroy some vent-pieces. (TIP: use beam weapon.) Unlocked: By completing his three tasks. Big Character: See reference guide.
Unlocked: Near the X-Mansion. Special: Magnetic powers.

Pshyclock.

The Sinister Six are some common Spider-Man villians.

Special: Octopuse senses.
Unlocked: By completing Bonus Level: Tabloid Tidy-Up. Special: Convert into a sand thing (While on a sand platform).
Special: (And hold) Convert into a sandcastle.
Unlocked: By completing Level 1: Sand Central Station. Special: Telekenisis, Mind control, and Cloaking Device.
Special: (And hold) Laser beam. Can destroy Golden Objects. Special: Animal Sense. Can also use web places. Double Jump: To fly.
Special: Electro bolt.
Special: (And hold) Fires beam of Electricity, which can power power sockets.
Unlocked: By completing Bonus Level: A Shocking Withdrawal. Double Jump: To fly.
Unlocked: By completing Bonus Level: Nuff Said.

This is the group of evil mutants, led by Magneto

Special: Throw metal ball. Magnetic abilities.
Unlocked: By completing Level 12: Magnetic Personality. Special: (And hold) Transform into someone else.
Unlocked: By completing Level 4: Rock up in the Lock up. (I think) Big Character: See reference guide.
Unlocked: By completing Level 8: Juggernauts and Crosses. Special: Fireball.
Special: (And hold) Fire beam. Can destroy Golden objects.
Unlocked: By completing Level 8: Juggernauts and Crosses. Big Character: See reference guide.
Unlocked: By completing Bonus Level: Put up your Dukes. (coming soon)

Mastermind
Special: Mind control.
Unlocked: By completing Level 11: Taking Liberties.

Sabertooth
Is the same as Wolverine (X-Men). (I think)

Here you will find all the characters that I've added elswhere in this guide listed under abilities / powers. I created this section so that you can look here for, say, someone with Magnetic abilities, then look for them in the right section to see how to unlock that character.

Big Character: Hulk (Avengers), Thing (Fantastic Four), Colossus (X-Men), Juggernaut (Brotherhood), Blob (Brotherhood).

Destroy Golden Objects: Iron Man (Mark 42), Iron Man (Mark 17, Heartbreaker), Cyclops (X-Men), Miss Marvel (Avengers), Human Torch (Fantastic Four), Pyro (Brotherhood), Mysterio (Sinister Six).

Destroy Silver Objects: Iron Man (Avengers), Agent Coulson (Avengers), Hawkeye (Avengers).

Use Power Sockets: Thor (Avengers), Storm (X-Men), Electro (Sinister Six).

Use Web Grapples: Spider-Man (Avengers), Hawkeye [Only single grapples] (Avengers), Mr. Fantastic (Fantastic Four), Kraven the Hunter (Sinister Six).

Magnetic Abilities: Polaris (X-Men), Magneto (Brotherhood).

Telekenisis: Jean Grey (X-Men), Invisible Woman (Fantastic Four), Mysterio (Sinister Six).

'Spider-Senses': Spider-Man (Avengers), Kraven the Hunter (SInister Six), Wolverine (X-Men), Beast (X-Men).

Cloak: Black Widow (Avengers), Mysterio (Sinister Six), Emma Frost (X-Men), Nick Fury (Avengers), Maria Hill (Avengers).

Mind Control: Jean Grey (X-Men), Mysterio (Sinister Six), Mastermind (Brotherhood).
