All save files have the same name "savefile1.sav", in game they occupy second save slot, but you can rename it from savefile1 to savefile3 for example, it`ll still works. In most cases, you just need to pick up the last item to get an achievement, only in the case of "Master of the Forest" you need to go down and to the left and take a small fight, after which the path opens a little lower, go there.
Savegames are in the folder C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Local\Ori and the Blind Forest\

Все сохранения имеют одинаковое имя "savefile1.sav", в игре они занимают второй слот сохранения, но вы можете переименовать файл, например savefile3 (станет в 4-ый слот), это будет работать. В большинстве случаев вам нужно просто подобрать последний предмет, чтобы получить достижение, только в случае "Лесничий" вам потребуется спуститься вниз и влевои принять небольшой бой, после чего откроется путь еще немного ниже, пройдите туда.
Сохранения хранятся в C:\Users\[Имя_пользоветля]\AppData\Local\Ori and the Blind Forest\
