Crysis Warhead 64bit with working steamoverlay

Part 1 - Introduction

Recently I decided to try rage on its 64bit version and I was surprised to se that even on 64 bits the steamoverlay was still present, so I started to test how to make it work with Crysis Warhead on its 64 bits version, and I made it.

Part 2 - Turn Crysis Warhead into 64bit game

Go to your Steam Crysis Warhead folder located at:

X:\Y\Steam\SteamApps\common\Crysis Warhead Where X: reprecents your drive name, and Y your folder structure.

Unzip steam_api.dll and steam_api64.dll from steam_api.zip inside Crysis Warhead folder

Rename Bin32 into Bin32.bak and Bin64 into Bin32.

Go into Bin32 folder

Rename Crysis.exe into Crysis.bak.exe

Rename Crysis64.exe into Crysis.exe

Launch the game and enjoy it runing into 64bit version with steamoverlay working.
