Windows 10 64bit stutter fix

If you're experiencing annoying micro stuttering, while on the other hand getting high fps, the solution is to go to your steam folder, then steam apps, then common. find your crysis warhead folder and open it. inside there is a folder named bin64. open that folder, and then inside there is a file (application) named Crysis64. Start that and the game should work smoothly. According to other users this also fixes some random crashes at the beginning of the game.
