Electric Skewer Achievement Guide

To get this achievement you must have bought the edition of the game that allows you to create electric guns , of course (if I remember correctly, it's called the Storm Warning Edition, either that or just the El Diablo DLC will suffice).

The objects you need for this achievement are:

• Electro gun "Spread+"
  
• Piece of Raw Meat
  
• A lot of patience and determnation if you don't get the achievement on your first try.

First of all, you need to create an ELECTRIC GUN[ (or ELECTRO GUN) with a [b]Capacitator[/b]. The steps to create such a gun are, in order:

Harpoon grip - Tesla coil - Big Fork - Capacitator - Hardware = Electro gun "Spread+" (Characteristics: Power down, number of targets increased).

(if that's not the name, sorry about that, but it seems some names vary between the Italian and the English version of the game).

You will find the Tesla Coil and the Capacitator on the El Diablo isalnds. Just check a little bit around and complete quests, especially the monkey ones (i.e. you can obtain the Tesla Coil either by bringing the materials to build one to a monkey or finding one on the third isalnd of the DLC).

Also, try not to confuse the Capacitator with the Amplifier, as adding the Amplifier will give the gun more power but will decrease the number of targets hit by the gun.
Moreover, the most important thing I've discovered while doing this achievement is to NOT ADD ANY RED STONE to the Electro Gun. Although doing this will give your weapon more power, it will also make some zombies die before others, thus making it more difficult to gain the achievement.
Charge the weapon, either by using the various towers on the El Diablo islands or by getting hit by a thunder with the Electric Armor and the Electric Gun equipped (for the Electric Armor: Tesla Coil + Big Fork + Fuses + Soldier Bulletproof Armor; recharging the gun this way will also unlock you the "Bolts' Master" achievement).

Acquire a piece of raw meat from one of the various animals around and go to the Los Riscos Isalnd (the one where you start the game).

Near the point of the beach where you met the first NPC *SPOILER?* which was bitten by a zombie and will later ask you to bring him some raw meat */SPOILER?* you will find a group of 12-15 zombies around a carcass that will costantly respawn, even after you've killed them all.

Now, you COULD try to fry the group of zombies from the distance, but since the power of the gun is reduced, they will immediately charge at you. Here is where the piece of raw meat comes in handy.

Toss the meat on the opposite direction of where you are. The zombies will istantly move towards it.
All you have to do at this point is get near the distracted zombies and try to point the gun where you tossed the meat, hence increasing the number of targets hit by the blast.

The achievement will pop as soon as you get 8 zombies on fire at the same time.

This achievement will require you some tries, but doing it like this was the quickest way I've found.
