Now that we clarified what can be changed and what cannot be changed, try imagining the best version of yourself. How many things on this little graph you just wrote down can be changed or modified in some way, so weight, lack of muscle, hairstyle : )

Your dear author had quite a problem with it in fact, he retrieved from publicly showing his chest, going to the beach or to the pool, anything that involved him taking off his shirt.
