Fixing 24 or 50 FPS Cap

If your Game is capped at 24 FPS or 50 FPS try this:

Right Click Company of Heroes in your Steam Library and click on Properties

Under General Tab in Launch Options type in:

-refresh 60

If your Monitor runs on a Refresh Rate different then 60 then type in your Monitors Refresh Rate instead of 60
When you type in the Launche Option make sure to include the -

Click Ok and Start the Game Normally

Your Game`s FPS should now be fixed

Keep in Mind that In Engine Cutscenes seem to be prerecorded in a way and the animations in them seem to run at 24 FPS, your Game should still be in 60 FPS though you can check with Steams FPS Counter.

If the Fix didnt work try the following Launch Options In Order.
Start the Game everytime after entering a new Launch Option to see if its Fixed now.

-novsync

If that didnt work try to combine them

-refresh 60 -novsync

If that didnt work you can try to run the Game in a forced Window or WIndowless Mode but Good Results arent guaranteed.

The Launch Options for these are as followed:

-borderlessfullscreen


-borderlesswindowed


-windowed

If nothing worked then im Sorry to hear that.
