FSX:SE Best way to avoid crashes and stressful bugs

1º Go to the root folder of FSX:SE
2º Look for the file ''uiautomationcore.dll”
3º Delete it
4º Be happy with your simulator

Note: I had several bugs and crashes in the Vanilla game and this is the solution I found.
Optional: Before doing this, you can reinstall FSX:SE cleanly or check the integrity of the files using the STEAM launcher.

1º Vá para a pasta raiz do FSX:SE
2º Procure pelo arquivo ''uiautomationcore.dll"
3º Exclua-o
4º Seja feliz com seu simulador

Observação: Tive diversos bugs e crashs no jogo Vanilla e essa foi a solução que encontrei.
Opicional: Antes de fazer, você pode reinstalar o FSX:SE de forma limpa ou verificar a integridade dos arquivos através do launcher STEAM.
