Well this is a short tutorial about multiplayer and mods to GTA IV/EFLC. Last update does not support ScriptHook and other mods. So i show how to fix this problem.
TEXT VERSION:
First:
– Download 1.1.2.0 for EFLC or 1.0.7.0 for IV patch from Rockstar Site.

Second:
– After installing patch replace “paul.dll” to “paulDISABLED.dll” in your GTA folder, next delete “paulDISABLED.dll” from GTA folder. It should work if you did everything right.
VIDEO VERSION:
For sure ScriptHook will appear on 1.0.8.0 and 1.1.3.0 patch. Just wait. If somebody would like to play on the mods this guide is for you.
