Hantu Port Rats
00 - Intro
The nine rats, once you've seen where they are, are pretty easy to find. Before that though they can be a headache. I found 6 or so pretty easily before finally getting the last few.
There are no time limits or anything on any of them, so you can take your time popping them off. One moves (but then stops) and another requires you to move something else to reveal, and another is sometimes hidden sometimes not, but otherwise they're all happily squeaking away in full view.
Read on for all the locations.
01 - Container Rat
02 - Pipe Rat
03 - Skipper Rat
04 - Drum Rat
05 - Bow Rat
This little guy actually starts on the harbour and scurries up the rope onto the ship (classic rat method of boarding a ship) - you can shoot him while he runs, or just wait until he reaches his destination and pop him off easily. He follows the rope up, through a hole in the bow hull, then pops out again from another hole to the left.

06 - Office Rat
This little guy is sitting under the shelf through the right-hand window of the office, in the main building ahead of your perch in the port. The same office sword fella hangs out in for a while. There is a worker who enters the room and stands with a leg in front of this rat every so often, you can just wait for him to move, guide him away with bullets or if you're a steady shot shoot past him.

07 - Dish Rat
Hiding behind the communications satellite dish on the roof of the demountable, toward the bottom right of the main port section. You need to shoot the satellite dish and make it crash out (this is related to another in-game challenge), and a rat will be revealed sitting on the fencing behind the dish. Now you know he's there you can see him through the dish before shooting it, and could probably use a piercing round to sort out the dish & the rat together if you want to waste finite ammo on rats.

08 & 09 - Tea Party Rats
10 - Rat O'Nine Tails
