Some people got that bug in career with cities they can not play. Here is how to fix that.
How to fix that
This bug occurs if you’re a backer from Kickstarter and played that game in an early version. The final game does not contain those maps anymore.
Go to to: C:Users{WindowsUsername}AppDataLocalLow
and delete the JutsuGames folder.
Warning: All your game progress will be lost!
Restarting or reinstalling the game now should solve the problem.
