Step 1: Raise taxes for lower classes to max, continue playing normally, then end the turn

Next turn the workers will be on a strike, neverthless continue playing normally, then end the turn

Step 2: Next turn the workers will start a riot, do the following:

1. Manually exempt every territory from playing tax except your main capital territory (London, Paris, Vienna etc.)

2. Move all armies outside your main capital territory. In this guide I only moved them away from the capital so I can capture it faster, but it's recommended you just move all armies outside the territory as a whole.

3. Continue playing normally, then end the turn

Step 3: Next turn a revolution starts; do the following:

1. Side with the rebells/republicans:

2. You will get an army to command, use it to capture the capital and win the revolution:
