How to change field of view in Metro 2033 Redux

So let's start changing the fov:

STEP 1 : We need to find the user.cfg file. This file is located on your local disk at the path Users/profile name/AppData/Local/4A Games/Metro 2033/

Step 2: Open the user.cfg file using notepad and find the line r_base_fov.
