HOW TO FIX SPINING BUG

First confirm that you do not have a joystick or any type of peripheral connected.
Second, check that you do not have any peripheral emulation software or drivers installed.

Finally, if that was not your problem, this is the solution.
Enter the game to the tutorial and check that the character is spinning, do not close the game when doing these steps to be able to realize what is causing the problem

You must open the device manager

Then go to the Human Interface Devices category
Once you find the category, click on it to display the list of all devices
Then you must go 1 by 1 by clicking on disable device.
And check if the game continues spinning
I recommend deactivating it one by one since normally some wireless mice like the Logitetch have drivers there, in case your wireless mouse stops working you will have to simply connect it to the PC by cable and it will work again

It worked for me, it was the only way to solve this bug. I hope it helped someone
