How to heal super fast (Now with insta team heal)

Press tilde (~), input the following, and press enter:

Now hold q until you see your syringe, then release it.

Feel free to just copy+paste this.

For this one, briefly tap x. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. You can also do this without the macro by pressing fire and switching weapons in quick succession. I personally find doing it manually to be much easier. Spamming this keybind will actually prevent the glitch that causes your character to be forced to hold the syringe for a super long time.

Nothing special for this one. First you download more RAM, then you go to your controls and set q for quickheal. No console commands required. Now that I think about it, you can probably skip the first step.
