Step 3 : Once Your At This Link Scroll Down And There Should Be Something Called Assets , Below Should Be Something Called LaNoireVPatch_2.0.zip ( The Number Will Change As It Gets Updated)

Step 4 : Download LaNoireVPatch_2.0.zip

Step 5 : Using WinRar Or 7-Zip Open Up The File Inside Should Be A Folder Called L.A.Noire.

Step 6 : Go Inside That Folder And There Should Be 2 Things : Plugins and dinput8.dll

Step 7 : Find Your L.A. Noire Game File ( You Can Do This By Right Clicking L.A. Noire And Click Properties and Browse The Files.

Step 8 : Once You Have Your L.A. Noire Game Folder Open Drag Both Plugins And dinput8.dll Into Your L.A. Noire Game Folder
