How to skip the snipers bold animation

After shooting with a sniper the caracter usually puts a new round in the chamber, in that time you cant shoot. If you switch the weapon and equip the sniper again this animation still has to be done.
But you can skip it by reloading and canseling it again.
e.g. you can shoot, reload, stop reloading by sprinting or quickswitching
now you can shoot again, faster than usual.
