How to solve most of crash to desktop issues *ALT-TAB IS YOUR FRIEND*

PRE-REQUISITE : DISABLE ALL MODS
I was able to solve all CTD problems by checking the "Run in windows" checkbox in the graphics settings :

if you have trouble getting to there, ALT-TAB game just after launch, count up to 20-25 seconds
then go back to the game and to the graph settings

If even that fails, delete Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Attila

and retry
