How to unlock DLCs

So in order to unlock the DLCs you will need to download this archive [mega.nz] and extract the contents of the file to the root folder of the game and this will unlock the SCPD Rebels Pack, Dr. Pepper Promotional, Patch#2 cars, Limited Edition cars and the DLC events, but this isn't going to unlock the cars of the other DLCs beacause they aren't in the archives of the game and the DLC events are not going to have their respective icons and is going to crash your game if you enter to the free roam in the DLC events and also some dialogues and camera movements in the DLC events will be odd but after all is very enjoyable and also is compatible with the online multiplayer without any problems and works with all languages.


Or just buy the remastered.
