I found how to make DBXV2 Playable on Steam Deck (Online works too)
What Type of Proton Should you use?
to be safe I would either go with Proton Experimental or GE Proton 10
The Pre-requisetes
you will need
* a steam deck....duh
* a sudo root password (there are many tutorials on how to do that, I recommend watching this guy as a tutorial

The Tutorial
So I know you all are Tired of getting this error

well no worries me too so I'm here to fix it for you
FIRST THING FIRST
Be sure you are in desktop mode for this you can easily access it by opening the power menu
Now
Open the file explorer and you want to go to the root of the steam deck do so by clicking the arrow next to home then the forward slash
Within the root folder there will be a sub-foloder called etc open it
Then you want to browse the etc folder until you find a file called hosts

Then you want to open it in the notepad like editor that the steam deck has and then paste these two things within it
0.0.0.0 modules-cdn.eac-prod.on.epicgames.com
127.0.0.1 modules-cdn.eac-prod.on.epicgames.com

then you want to save and enter your sudo root password as it's required to have one to save it

Then boot up Xenoverse 2 and it should work I booted it up in desktop mode to test it but it should also work in game mode

Online also somehow works too, all be it I have no idea if you can do matches just yet however everything else works including the announcements and stuff so I assume it works I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial ! and I hope it will work for you guys
