Improve FPS significantly

Just change both Shadow Map and Shadow Resolution to "Medium", you will get a big boost on your framerate.

I play at 60fps constant with everything maxed besides those two settings with a GTX 970 (DX12).
I guess we need to wait for better drivers or a patch, until then do this.
