1) backup your saves from /AppData/Local/2K Games and deactivate the steam cloud
2) Upzip downloaded file, open dir and copy 3 files from “Mafia IIIData76561198062766589gamesavesdefaultaslot”
3) Paste and rewrite files in your profile dir /AppData/Local/2K Games/Mafia 3/Data/<profileID>/gamesaves/default/aslot”
4) Launch the game and kill Uncle Lou on his boat
You will get the achievement after one story mission.
