Przed rozpoczęciem należy przynajmniej raz uruchomić grę.

  1. Ze strony https://www.kamremake.com/download/ pobrać plik kam_remake_full
  2. Zainstaluj go w C:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Knights and Merchants Historical Version\hd - ważne, żeby było to w folderze "hd", bo inaczej nie zadziała (inne poradniki są już nieaktualne)
  3. W folderze "hd" odszukaj plik "Knights_and_Merchants_steam.exe" i po prostu go usuń, a następnie plik "KaM_Remake.exe" nazwij "Knights_and_Merchants_steam.exe"\
  4. Uruchom grę jako wersja HD
