Let Fall Guys capture your Steam Deck

- Install Fall Guys on SteamDeck
- Go to Fall Guys settings/properties/compatibility and
- Hit the button "force to use of a specific Steam Play compatibility tool"
- choose Proton Experimental
- Go back to your homescreen/library/tools and
- choose Proton Experimental and
- Go to Settings/Properties/Betas and choose "bleeding edge..."

For the next steps it's much better to use a keyboard and mouse.

- Go to Steam Deck Desktop mode

- Open the File Explorer and go to "steamapps/common" . That is where your settings for your games are stored. You can use your search, up on the right side.
or

- If you've installed on your Deck and not on SD card, go in the File Manager on the left side to
Devices/home/deck/.steam/steam/steamapps/common

- Open the folder "Fall Guys/EasyAntiCheat"
- Go to the file easyanticheat_x64.so" and copy and
- Go back to Fall Guys main folder and
- Open the folder "FallGuys_client_game_Data/Plugins/x86_64 "
- hit the touch screen and hit "paste one file" (the "easyanticheat_x64.so" file will be pasted).

Now you need your keyboard, so plug in.

- Go back Fall Guys main folder again.
- Open (double click) "FallGuys_client.ini
A console window will open and to edit it you need first to click "s" !!!
now
- Change the target in first line of the console window to FallGuys_client_game.exe
- Hit the Escape key
- Go under the last line and write :wq!
- Hit the Enter key- File will be safed and closed now.

That's it. We are done!

Close the File Manager - de-plug your keyboard. go back to game mode and have fun with your Fall Guys :)

If you start the game the first time, some files will be downloaded and then everything will working normal.
