S.P.E.C.I.A.L

6 Strength: He is shown to be pretty strong when punching L to the ground in Episode 18, and would have a strong swing due to Light being a former tennis champion.

1 Perception: In Episodes 3, 4, 13, 14 Light gets followed without him knowing about most of the time so it makes sense he is very unaware of his surroundings

7 Endurance: Light took 5 bullets and was still able to run away from The SPK from both Japan, and The United States.

10 Charisma: Light is charming, he knows how to manipulate people to do his bidding whether they knew it or not.

10 Intelligence: Light is #1 ranked in the national practice exams, and got a perfect score on the Tohoku University entrance exam.

5 Agility: As a former tennis player he would need to quick on his feet, and be agile enough to play tennis against L, a former champion as well as light.

1 Luck: He was unlucky enough to be the first human to obtain The Death Note, and can neither go to Heaven nor Hell.

Skills

Tag Skills
Repair: Light setup many ways to hide the notebook, pages, and scraps. In his drawer, in his clothes, wallet, and watch he was able to hide the death note effectively.

Speech: Light is great at talking to people, and is able to use his words instead of fighting most of the time

Unarmed/Melee: He is a strong guy who knows how to punch, and has a great swing with sports equipment; feel free to choose whichever you want as it will not change a whole lot

Minor Skills

Science: Light regularly gathered classified information from hacking his father's laptop.

Barter: Light is a people person so it would help in art of dealmaking, and barter.

Lockpick: Light is good with his hands, he must be pretty popular with the girls.

Survival: Light loves his old world potato chips, might as well make the more effective.

Traits

Hot Blooded: Light can get impulsive when he feels threatened or angry such as when L manged to provoke Light into killing Lind L Taylor. Along with the kidnapping of the head of the NPA he impulsively killed to protect the notebook.

Optional: Logan's Loophole: These will be your shingiami eyes if you choose to take them you can kill with only seeing a face.

The Death Note

How To Use The Death Note
You might be wondering how will the death note work? Well you can simply kill people in console by pressing ~ to open up console, and then you click on the person you wish to kill then type "kill" just kill no quotation marks, just kill. Then the person will die of a heart attack (just collapse).

Rules Of The Death Note
  • You must be able to see the human/non-feral ghoul's face, or have seen it before in person (seeing House on the screen does not count). You must have a reasonable idea of what their face look like to be able to kill them with the Death Note. (With glasses or goggles, you can still have a good idea of what they look like, but hockey masks, and power armor helmets obscure the face too much.)

  • You must know this person's name by talking to them, you must have engaged in dialogue with the human to know their name or by overhearing their name (I.e Benny), and it must be their true name. (You must learn Ceaser's real name is Edward Sallow)

  • For generic npcs you can just get them say anything for it to count or you can exclude them if you want more of a challenge.

  • If you choose to take the Shinigami eyes then you can kill just by seeing someone's face, however the rules on seeing a face still matter, and must have a good idea on what they look like.

  • You free to adjust the rules of the Death Note to make the run more or less challenging.

Equimpment

Weapons

For Non-humans such as super mutants, hounds, feral ghouls, and other radiation monsters you will need to kill them the old fashioned way with the following weapons.

Boxing Equipment: Light looks like he knows some form of material arts so it would make sense if he would have boxing gloves/tape or just bare fists

Sports equipment: Light is a good tennis player, but he would likely picked up other sports and knows how to use the the items such as a baseball bat, or golf clubs

Clothing

A suit is what light primarily wears as it's his school uniform so Pre-War Businesswear is likely what you will wear most of the game

Light also wears a jacket after school whenever he's walking around which resembles the Followers lab coat

Playstyle

Roleplay

Light will likely do his best to avoid combat, maybe get a pawn to do it for him if he could.

Light has a very black and white sense of morality, so anyone who has done anything wrong deserves to die at the hands of the death note.

Be sure to take notice to anyone who could be a threat to justice, and eliminate them.

Factions
NCR

Light would see the NCR similarly to House, they are a rotten bureaucratic nation filled with injustices, but their citizens would help build his new kingdom, so it would be smart to stay on good terms with them.

The Legion

Light would admire how pure the legion's justice, but would contest the slavery part of it, he would find Caesar admirable opponent like L, but Light would only know Caesar's face all he needs is his real name to eliminate him.

BOS

Light hates that they are keeping valuable knowledge that they could be using to help others, and they steal technology from people, which make them thieves just like any raider group, and must be eliminated!

Followers Of The Apocalypse

Light loves how the followers are committed to helping others, and will help them with whatever they need to create a ideal world full of good people who don't commit any crimes.

The Strip

The Strip will be Kira's kingdom and will generate the revenue to protect the innocent from evil with his Securitron army with black and white morality baked in.

Freeside

Freeside suffer from violent crime, the best way light would see it is to side with the kings and get them on good terms with the NCR as for when his kingdom arises he will need for NCR citizens to be treated fairly to be able to expand his kingdom.

Great Khans

They want to assist an enemy of Kira, it is unforgivable they are just another tribe of raiders.

Goodsprings

Light would like the honest folks of Goodsprings, it is what the world he believes should be like; full of kind people.

Powder Gangers

Eliminate the criminal vermin who make this world rot, kill all of them.

Ending

If it's not obvious Light will be going with the independent ending so he can create an ideal nation, without the thought of living in fear for your life, everything will be orderly no raiders, deathclaws, or anything else that could harm anyone who wants to join Kira's Kingdom

Thanks For Reading

Glad Y'all took time out of your day to read this guide, and this is my first guide so feedback would be appreciated. Good luck on making a "Perfect World" as Light I'm sure that Ryuk would find this so... interesting.
