"Line of Kings, Down the Hatch, Cash for Trash, The Need for Greed achievements in 10 minutes + OP items exploit.
Down the Hatch
For Hatch quests, finish one of them, dont turn in for the reward yet though. Stand near the Hatch, exit to the main menu and then exit the game (through the menu, do not ALT+F4). Now, restart the game, load up the char, turn in the quest. Exit to the main menu. NOW, BE CAREFUL! Do not exit the game via any means other than terminating the process through ctrl+shift+escape. If you do, you will overwrite the save, which is exactly what we DON'T want. After you terminate the process, boot up the game again, and on the "cloud saves are different" message DO NOT click ok, that would also brick the exploit, since that overwrites the saves as well. Either click "x" to close the message or "Cancel", both work fine. After you boot up the game, do the same thing - turn in the quest, exit to the main menu, terminate the process - and you will have another quest counting towards acheivements. Just repeat as many times as you need for the achievement.
Line of Kings
For "Line of Kinds", u do the same thing. Load up ur char that is ready to be retired, get them near the retire NPC, exit to the menu, exit to the tittle (through the menu button, we need to save at this moment). Boot up the game, load char, retire, terminate process, repeat.
Bonus - OP items for an unkillable Very Hard Hardcore char
P.S. U can also use the same exploit to never fail an enchantment, which is already described in another great guide. What is not described there though is that u can make an insanely OP item that would let your Very Hard Hardcore char be basically immortal. Use the enchanting exploit (terminating the process when you fail) to make a low level (requiring level 6 is good) ring or amulet with any hp stat, repeat till it's got 420+ hp (took me a couple hours), heirloom that item when retiring your char - it will have ~3k hp. Goes up to ~20k hp on the second go, and up to 170k hp on the third - this is what i have on my Very Hard Hardcore char. On the forums i saw an old post with ~2mil hp on a ring, which is probably what it will go up to on the 4 go, but i'm ok with "just" 170 k :)
EDIT: "Cash for Trash" and "The Need for Greed" exploit.
After thinking about it, i imagine that the same exploit can be utilised to cheese both of those annoying grind achievements. For the "Cash for Trash" (sell 10k items to vendors), which is annoying, since u need to sell the items yourself, load your backpack up till it's full, do the same for your pet, and port to town. Get close to the vendor, exit to menu, exit to desktop. Boot up the game, load char, sell everything in both inventories to the vendor and exit to menu. DO NOT exit to desktop through the game menu, it will brick the attempt. Terminate the process instead. On booting up the game DO NOT click OK on the message, CLICK Canel or close the message with the "x". Repeat.
For "The Need for Greed" (suffer 20 disenchantments), get yourself some money, more money = quicker achievement, u will not lose it. Create a new char, pur his trash starting item in the shared chest, load up ur main with the money, get that item, park your char next to enchanter, exit to menu, exit to desktop. Enchant that cheap item till it gets disenchanted, continue till u run out of money. Exit to the menu, DO NOT exit to desktop. Terminate the process, "Cancel" on the message, repeat. Alternatively, just use an item that is already enchanted a bunch of times - save when the chance is rather high, exit to menu + terminate on each disenchantment.
