OFFLINE RACES
Play all online races plus some cut ones, including the cut boat races, anytime offline against CPU opponents for high rewards.

RESTRICTED AREAS
Red zones patrolled by guards are now always active in freeroam. Just like campaign missions, trespassing is prohibited and will trigger aggressive responses.
UNLOCKED INTERIORS
Interior locations that were previously accessible only during specific campaign missions are now permanently open and explorable at any time.
RANDOM EVENTS
Spontaneous events, such as gang fights or robberies, now occur randomly around the city, offering new gameplay opportunities to engage in.
CIVILIAN HACKS
Expanded hacking abilities allow you to perform new and interesting hacks on generic civilians after profiling them, in addition to the standard ones available in the base game.
CUSTOM OUTFITS
Eight new outfits, including Punisher War Zone armor, Collateral movie suit, The Division gear, Prisoner clothing, and Police Officer uniforms, are added for you to wear.
FAST TRAVEL
15 new fast travel points are scattered across the map, corresponding to the ctOS Towers you’ve unlocked in every district.
AMBUSH CHANCE
A restored cut feature where enemies can set up fake fixer contracts to ambush you during side missions or free-roam activities.
CUSTOM MISSIONS
New missions are available throughout the city, comparable to those from the base game, including Gang Hideouts, Criminal Convoys, and Human Trafficking busts.
REPLACE SCAN
This feature disables the yellow disk scan triggered by a 911 call and replaces it with a more realistic police search, where officers come to investigate the scene in person.
ctOS CHAOS
The Chicago Police Force now has access to ctOS systems, allowing them to use hacks like raising bollards and closing bridges against you in the most challenging chases.
FIRST LOAD
The first load of the game is improved with randomized weather and time of day, a nearby vehicle (if missing), and a cool "out-from-phone" intro camera effect.
LIMITED INVENTORY
This feature restricts the number of weapons you can carry, limiting you to one weapon per slot. Swap weapons at armories or pick them up from fallen enemies.
