Marrakesh SA guide written out of sheer anger due to there being no written good guides for this game

Now, I actually have no idea whether or not this can be done without a suit, as I've never actually tried doing that at the time of writing this.

The only piece of equipment that you need 100% is a silenced pistol. Lockpicks/breaching charges come in useful, but they're not needed. Same thing goes for coins. Normally I don't put sections like this one, but I figured it was kinda needed for this method, since if you're following this without knowing of the method beforehand it sounds kinda confusing. Basically, you have to get both targets into the underground tunnel to have a meeting, and then kill them with an oil drum. For this, it's recommended you first go on the roof on the house just left of the spawn near the entrance to school, knock out the headmaster and take his keys, but it's not required if you have a lockpick. To get a guard disguise, go on on the door on the far right outside the school and knock out the guard in the alley. Now go to the top floor of the school, if you brought no breaching charges then go in the room with the sleeping soldiers (the spawn point if you start in the school) and take the code for the safe from one of the boxes. To get in Zaydan's office, on the other side of the top floor from the sleeping soldiers, go on the side where the lieutenant isn't facing you (the guy in the red hat, standing outside the doorway). When the guard walking outside the office is past the doorway and not looking at you, toss a coin through the door into the office. Follow the lieutenant in, knock him out and take his diguise, since the lieutenant disguise is incredibly useful. Open the safe, and call Consul Orlander using the phone across from the safe, who'll tell Strandberg to go the tunnel. Now that you've gotten Strandberg in, go the tunnel yourself through the shoe shop. If you don't have any coins, take the coins from the desk in the shoe shop. Wait for the two guards to finish their conversation, and one will enter the tunnel. Knock him out as he walks in and take his keycard, since this is basically needed to move around the consulate building. Hide his body in the closet at the top of the stairs. Once you're in the tunnel, puncture a hole in the oil drum next to the generator using a screwdriver, if you don't have one, there's one near the mechanic shop and one in the shoe shop if I remember correctly. Now go through the parking garage of the consulate onto the first floor using the keycard, if you don't have any breaching charges, go the first floor bathroom near the entrace and take the safe code from the floor of one of the stalls. After this, take the stairs to the top floor (use the ones near the way you came in from the parking garage, since I think the guards on the stairs can see through you). On the left, enter the storage closet and take the janitor disguise since apparently the lieutenant disguise isn't allowed on the second floor. Go the right side of the building, and there will be a room that requires a keycard, use the keycard to get in and open the safe and call Zaydan using the phone on the table. Now this is pretty easy, take back your lieutenant clothes, wait for Zaydan to meet with Strandberg. Throw a coin or anything right behind Zaydan, when he's turned around, shoot the oil and burn them both.

The poisoning method for both targets in this mission is actually extremely easy. For Strandberg, bring lethal poison, emetic poison, or just take the emetic poison off the table outside his office. Poison the glass of red win on his desk, and just wait. If you used emetic, he'll walk over to the bathroom across the hall where you can drown him. Another pretty easy, find a screwdriver, knock out the guard standing by the stage light on the second floor hide his body in the storage closet behind him. Loosen the wire on the light, walk over to the light control room and turn it on. Once Strandberg walks near it he'll instantly die. This one actually requires a bit of time apparently. For this one you need to get a cameraman disguise, which you can find from the camera guy hanging out in the VIP area in the Shisha Den. Now, for this one, I'd recommend just starting out as waiter because I have actually no idea how to get one manually, since I've never tried it. Once you do have a waiter disguise though, poison the shisha pipe that the cameraman uses, then wait knock him out and hide his body when he goes in the bathroom. Take his clothes, and go the news crew near the riot. Follow them, and once the interview starts, go to the second floor light room and drop the moose on Strandberg. For this one you need to take the masseurs clothing and kill Strandberg during his massage. For this, go the room beside the downstairs bathroom, throw something blunt at the masseur and subdue the guard. Also, I'd recommend saving, because one of the employees occasionally enters the room. Hide their bodies in the closet, and take the masseurs clothes. After this, go to the front desk, discard all your weapons somewhere and head upstairs into the massage room. Once you start massaging him, wait for the prompt to show up and break his neck.

Poisoning Zaydan is pretty simple, it can probably done with only your suit but I've never really tried it. Basically you have to poison the plate of food near the shoe shop in the small little store with lethal poison. Emetic poison doesn't work for this, since you don't see Zaydan eat it and there's no working toilets anyway. After this, wake up the sleeping waiter in an alley near the shisha den with the radio, he'll wake up and server the food to Zaydan. In one of the rooms in the school there's an intercom, which you can turn on. Turn on the intercom, and head upstairs through the whole in the roof behind them or the stairs. After the two guys start talking into the intercom, Zaydan will come into the room, go into the bathroom just above the room, and push the toilet on top of Zaydan. For this one you have to go the printing crew members in the dead end area to the right of the main spawn near the market. Before you go there, kncock out the guard walking in the alley just before that area and hide his body in the store nearby. After this, go to the printing crew, and one will walk away. Knock him out, take his clothes, and hide his body in the same shop. Talk to the printing crew and follow them to the school. After they get in, Zaydan will talk to them and then everyone will leave mostly. Wait until there's only one priting press in the room, knock him out, and hide his body in the chest. Then, turn off the printing press and wait for Zaydan. When he's standing in front of it, turn it back on, and push him in.

Note: I didn't include the oil lamp explosion due to the fact that it's not really effective because of how easy it is to get caught, not to mention that I'm pretty sure the explosion kills the lieutenant too about 90% of the time.
