Video Guide
Video guide on how to complete Mine Trap mission.
Mission Objectives
- Order the civilians to go home
- Fortify buildings
- Evacuate civilians to the shuttles
- Provide cover for shuttle rescue
- Defend buildings from Salt Vampires
General Tips
- On spawn check mini-map for name and position of your area. If you die return to your area your team needs you.
- First wave order civilians into structures. Maximum rescue around 32 per area.
- Some civilians will reveal their true identity as salt vampires, kill them.
- If converted you will look like a salt vampire, it will pass quickly. However watch your targeting if you start shooting civilians select another object and stop shooting.
- Next phase repair the 4 buildings in your area. Go to material crates then repair a building. Material crates run out look around for more.
- Next wave defend buildings. 1-2 team members focus on entrances to many active entrances and team will be overwhelmed. Check at the back of buildings for entrances.
- The rest of team should take out salt vampires who are attacking buildings and civilian targets first. Wandering salt vampires last.
- Alpha's can draw civilians from buildings, rescue them before it is to late or civilian will be lost.
- Next phase escort civilians. Wait for all civilians to gather before moving ahead otherwise team will split in two and you will lose civilians on the way.
- Civilians will exit from all buildings saved during previous phase. Push civilians on slowly with team.
- Enemies will appear out of ground in several places kill them all before proceeding.
- Pick up civilian stragglers who stop moving
- You can resuscitate a dead civilian or use heals if you have them.
- Next phase shuttles will rescue 1-3 civilians alternating left right. Heal civilians while you wait for phase start.
- When Alpha’s appear it is better you gain it’s attention than a civilian target.
Known Bugs
- Civilians may spawn in places they can not be sent home from.
