hello guys this actually works i tried to search for some commands from the exe with the notepad,and i tweaked the config.ini files of the game like the re2_config and re2_config_default lowering and disabling some effects in order to create a potato mod for my ancient toaster laptop.the first step is for you to able try to disable vignette,and sharpening via hex edit or other modifications from other modders,(you could try to add those launch option in the steam or try to add it in the shortcut of the game for example “C:gamesResident Evil 2re2.exe” -high -nod3d9ex -nod3d11ex -gl -waterQuality 0 -shadowQuality 0 -noquattransform -noInGameDOF -lodScale 0 -particleQuality 0 . i know some commands from the coding perspective doesnt work but add those or experiment with other commands).and the last step is to download the re2_config and re2_config_default into the game folder and try the game.again all those tweaks are for the maximum perfomance just like a potato mod if you get me(you can try to experiment with those commands on the config.ini and see what works and what doesnt work for better results for you).you can also try to use the lowest posible option from the amd or nvidia control (for example foramd tweak the textures for perfomance,disable morfological filtering,surface format optimization,vertical refresh,tesellation,radeon chill,freesync,antilag.dont touch the shader cache.)

Lo que se es que basicamente hace una modificación a los archivos de configuración quitando algunos detalles imperceptibles para algunos pero que ayudará a que el juego corra mejor. Puedes cambiarle la resolución si deseas pero solo eso sino se joderá la configuración, por si acaso hagan backup xd
