In game and in nVidia Inspector Settings..

Edit the games config.ini settings:
------------------------------------
The .ini is located here:

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\CAPCOM\DRAGONS DOGMA DARK ARISEN\

-Below are the parameters you will need to edit in this file.

*I would also then recomend you make it read only once you are happy with the other settings.

------------------------------------
[GRAPHICS]
MaxFPS=150.000000 // This is called Framerate in game and you need to set it to Variable..

[DISPLAY]
VSYNC=OFF
FullScreen=ON

-----------------------------------------

Next you will need to make a new profile in nVidia inspector, associate the games executable (ddda.exe) with it and then name it accordingly..

-Use the below example settings (bits).

**The Ambient Occlusion bits are optional but you may want to include them if you are using the ENB that ENBDEV has available**
