Sapienza Silent Assassin Suit only text guide (super easy, reliable and fast)

Requirements: (minimum) unlocked Sapienza Ruins as starting location

Loadout: literally anything you want to bring, but you must bring along at least 1 silenced gun, preferably a silenced sniper from ruins agency drop.

Steps:

1. Start in ruins, immediately scale upwards to the cannon area, pick up a cannon ball and gunpowder (which are lying around everywhere) and go straight to the furthest right cannon. Silvio Caruso should be playing golf. Load the cannon with the cannon ball and gunpowder and fire it at Silvio, this counts as an accident kill which will not trigger a body found even if the screen tells you body found (happened to me but its still SA at end). That's target one dealt with in about 30 seconds.
2. Immediately backtrack down to where you began as guards get alerted by the cannon and will move to investigate. To the right hand side of the starting position near the boat there is a path. Follow the path to the cave. Remember to shoot the camera on the way to the cave which is located along the path, more towards the cave entrance, this will be the only camera you will have to worry about so you won't have to waste time later destroying evidence!

1. When in the cave area hug the walls staying crouched along the seaplane going to the right, there is a ledge/rock you need to shimmy across. Once across there is an acid container and another ledge you need to climb. once climbed up do not stand up or move any further as you risk being spotted by guards when shooting. This is the minimum distance you need to get vision of the Stalactite above the virus. Equip you silenced weapon and use instinct vision to see the tip of the Stalactite to shoot it which will cause it to fall and destroy the virus.
2. Stay out of sight and backtrack a little bit closer to the cave path. Wait for the searching cycle to finish so that the scientists go back to normal. One scientist will notice the virus is compromised and call Francesca De Santis. Wait around for a bit more and she will come down to the lab. After she comes down the stairs and looks at the screen in front of the virus room will be your chance. I would recommend saving here in case you mess up your timing. After she looks at the screen she will start going towards the lab that connects to the virus room. There is a Stalactite right above the door to enter it. Shoot the Stalactite a moment after she begins to walk up the steps and it should land on her as she reaches the door. To make it easier use a sniper that has the slow time function for more precise timing.
3. And there you go, another accident kill, either exit immediately via the seaplane nearby which you can crouch run to from where you shot the stalactite, or backtrack to your boat at the ruins to complete the mission suit only silent assassin.
