This is the save file what you would most likely expect from this guide.9_supplies
I made a save before acquiring the 10th resupply location. Just in case Supply and Demand achievement doesn't unlock for you, you can unlock the 10th resupply beacon site. for yourself with this save file.xero's_save_modified
This is from XERO's Steam guide. But I re-oppressed one settlement to make it 99% so you can liberate it yourself. And no, I didn't ask for his permission. I am sure he doesn't care. Even if he does, I don't care. Lol! I provided a link to his guide in "100% and 5 Gears" section.
Collectible Achievements
One Daredevil Jump to unlock
Two question marks to unlock: Tape & Vintage Part
Two question marks to unlock: Tomb & Rebel Shrine

This is one of the two Squalo X7 locations but which is not recommended for achievement; nonetheless, worth-noting for the sake of dissemination of the information:
====================================================================
So, how do you collect Squalo X7?
This is the best (and highly likely only feasible) location to successfully collect the boat.
You use a chopper and maximum tethers to carry the boat to the nearest seaside.
Drop off the boat near the seaside as marked in the screenshot of the map above, and then drive to the town with a dock to the south to collect it.
When you are on the seaside, Make sure not to jettison wildly at high altitude like you would do with your usual Hollywood stunt. Instead, gently place the boat on the water surface before releasing the tethers because it is prone to explode with any collision no matter the type of surface.
Below screenshots show you the optimal way to transport the boat.
(Instead of using keyboard and mouse, controller is recommended for careful maneuver.)
Depending on how well you placed tethers and control the chopper, the tethers are prone to break even with full tether upgrades. However, even if you lose one or two tethers on the way, don't panic and keep flying.
(You actually may attempt to reconnect tethers by briefly riding beneath the chopper and get back inside to aviate again. But it may not be worth the effort.)
If you crash the boat while transporting, fast travel to the nearest Challenge on the map, call in the same chopper with a supply beacon, go to the same place where you picked up the boat, and it will have instantly spawned there.

Other Achievements
Unlock 10 Resupply Points by completing Encounters.
I cannot verify whether this achievement unlocks or not by using a save file with 10th resupply point already unlocked. Therefore, I decided to make a save with only 9 resupply points unlocked and it is included in the Dropbox link above so you can download it. You can unlock 10th resupply by doing one more random encounter.
This was in fact the most annoying achievement for me.
Personally, I unlocked the random encounter in the place shown above, and I advise you to do the same since there are three gas stations within the town. You are more likely to trigger "Out of Gas" random encounter there.

Take sanctuary in a monastery to clear Heat Level 5.
You can clear 5 Heat level by interacting with priests at unlocked churches (blue colored instead of grayed-out).
In Capite West, Sancte Antonio is the best place to do the achievement since the settlements (re-oppress them) where you can trigger Heat level by killing enemies are very close to it.
If you are not using my save file but your own instead, but happen to be reading this guide, here is my general tip:
- If you don't have the priest unlocked at Sancte Antonio, you might as well wait for a random encounter to happen and complete it near that location to unlock the church.
- Or, if you already have some other churches unlocked, by all means try, however, make sure not to lose Heat level while traversing comparative longer distance between the churches and combat zone. You can carefully kite an enemy chopper to keep yourself in their sight, and along the way to the church, enemies may intermittently spawn that spot you and help maintain Heat level.

Have every Gear MOD active for at least 1 minute each.
For my save file, I disabled Precision Aim so you can enable it for yourself and unlock the achievement.
100% and 5 Gears
Consult with XERO's guide for the following achievements:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1344098629
Winner Takes All, Again
100% Just Cause 3.

If you are not using any save file, and you are sure you have reached 100% make sure to check if you re-oppressed any settlement. These re-oppressed settlements are preventing you from hitting 100% so make sure to liberate them again, then fast travel to 'Boom Island' located at the far left corner of the map. Voila! The achievement is yours.
All the Gears
Earn 5 Gears in every Challenge.
Just play any challenge to completion to trigger the achievement.
If you don't feel like "cheating", here are some tips for you.
Pro Tip: You can throw beacon and spawn cars you want near a challenge location, before starting the challenge. It is useful for specific race challenges which don't allow you to choose a car other than bikes.

Use a fighter jet for all races, except chopper-only races.

* Sometimes for some challenge levels, enemy Urga Mstitel chopper spawn and stays stationary on air. Then, you can hijack and use.
* Damage all hard-to-destroy targets before initiating mayhem.
* Focus on destroying vehicles from time to time to reset multiplier bonus timer.
* For some challenges that require boats, Loochador is almost always the best choice of vehicle. Of course, if there is chopper near you, go for it instead of using the boat.

It is easy to score 5 gears by gliding normally with some practice. To make life easier however, Flame wingsuit and Bavarium wingsuit DLC owners can go to Esc menu and click "downloadable content" as shown in the picture below. Then choose Flame wingsuit. Start a Wingsuit Course challenge, then go back to the downloadable content and change to Bavarium wingsuit, now you can use the jetpack on that challenge. You can hover around a ring to artificially increase scores for simply travelling distance. Meanwhile it is just easy and much faster to acquire 5 gears by playing normally, it still brings such a peace of mind that you have more options at your disposal.

Just drive carefully and try to collect as many ores as possible in each lump-sum delivery.
Time extension for exceeding certain score thresholds makes things easier.
