14-Rater Bias if needed (personal bias by a human insight to overcome system gaps)
+1 | +2 | +3 | +4 | +5 | Points for any mod you wish.
you can add any amount of points from 1 to 5 to any mod as a finale score fix

*Finale Score Curve: A Score above "100" will have a Superb Badge (S), & will be capped at 100"S" score,
if two mods had 100"S", then the one who has the higher original score should be on top of the other mod.
