Silent Assassin in The Quimby Quandary

Swap out the fiber wire for the fish. Leave everything else alone.

When the mission starts, wait for the outside guard to turn around, then stop blending in and subdue him with the fish. Drag him a few feet so he’s behind the bricks and not visible through the glass.

Go inside. Subdue the two guards with the fish, first the one by the chair and then the one looking at the statue. Be careful that you’re actually behind the guard by the chair when you hit him, or you’ll hit him from the front and lose Silent Assassin. Once they’re both subdued, put them both in the container in the room with you.

Pick up everything in the room (including what the guards dropped) except for the melee weapons attached to shields on the wall.

From next to the container, shoot the security camera on the other side of the low wall with your ICA19, then holster your weapon and run to the top of the stairs. The guard there will be confused and start looking around. Once he looks directly away from you, throw the briefcase at his head. Once he’s unconscious, drag him up to behind the same low wall where you shot from.

Go back down and pick up his gun and the briefcase. Throw the briefcase down past the bottom of the stairs, then walk down the stairs and pick it back up. Go into the next room and continue forward to the outside balcony. Close the door behind you.

Wait for Godfrey Hagen to be in line with the door (so out of view of both windows), then subdue him with the fish.

In the room you just crossed to get to the balcony, there’s 3 people: 2 guards who don’t move and 1 civilian who does move. Push Godfrey Hagen over the ledge (which will kill him) as soon as the civilian isn’t close enough to the window to see you doing it.

Pick up the briefcase, go back inside, and go through the door to your left. Close it behind you, then set down the briefcase and walk down 2 flights of stairs.

Toss a coin outside the open door. When the guard comes out, subdue him with the fish, drag him up the 2 flights of stairs you just came down, and put him in the container. Go back down the stairs. Pick up the coin and the guard’s gun.

Toss a coin inside the room near the door to get Roman Zelenko’s attention. Make sure it’s closer to him than to the enforcer guard. Once he gets near the door, toss another coin outside the room to lure him out. Subdue him with the fish, drag him up the stairs, snap his neck, and put him in the container too.

Pick the briefcase back up. Toss it down the stairs. Do this again for the next flight of stairs. Pick it up again and go back into the room where Roman Zelenko was. Crouch-walk counterclockwise around the perimeter of the room (to avoid the enforcer) until you get to the open window, then climb through it. This is where Godfrey Hagen’s body landed when you dumped it (you don’t have to do anything with it). Shoot the security camera on the other side of the open door with your ICA19, then go through the door and close it behind you.

Toss the briefcase down the stairs again. Run down and pick it up before a guard does. Do this again for the next flight of stairs, being sure not to accidentally hit a guard in the head with it. Once you have it back at the bottom of the stairs, turn right, then right again, and go through the curtains. To the right will be more stairs. Repeat the process for the next 2 flights.

At the bottom of those stairs, turn right then right again, and repeat the process for one final set of stairs. Then turn right then right again, and go through the door on your left. Turn left and then go through the door on your right.

Go through the tunnel and push the button. Crouch and hide next to the button until people stop investigating the door (when “Searching” goes away).

With your ICA19, move in line with the door, shoot the far security camera, then go back to your hiding spot until people stop investigating it.

Go in the room next to the generator. With your ICA19, shoot the security camera on the wall you came in on. Run back to your hiding spot by the button until people stop investigating it.

Once the coast is clear, walk to the ladder and exit the mission.
