Simple way to avoid crashes.

Something about the way the game tracks corpses can cause a crash if you move far away from an enemy that turned to dust and then re-approach the area.

I have a save file (Corvo, High Chaos) in the area before Addermire where I get a 100% reproducible crash approaching the tram station because I had backtracked to the black market to buy things and/or rob it blind.

Enemies finding corpses will not prevent you from getting the Ghost achievement, they have to spot YOU. There are even ways you can use this to your advantage if you're clever (gank someone, slap a stun mine or springrazor on them, bugger off).
