Drop in the Ocean

Locate your Drop Pod.
After the intro cinematic enter the Drop Pod marked with orange icon.
Achievement will be granted once you are inside.

Jukebox Hero

Install a jukebox.
Construct a Jukebox in a habitat using habitat builder tool. Blueprint is given when player scans a jukebox in Delta base on Delta (radio tower) island.

Truckin'

Construct a Seatruck
Player needs to find and scan 3 fragments of a Sea Truck (can be found in Deep Twisty Bridges, Purple Vents, Thermal Spires or Twisty Bridges). Then construct it using Mobile Vehicle Bay (3 fragments also needed as well as also making it in fabricator).

Necessary Repairs

Repair the bridge.
In Glacial Bay area you can find a bridge above ground. When approaching, on the left side near control panel scan a fragment of hydraulic fluid. Craft it in fabricator using Creepvine Seed Cluster and 4 Gel Sacks, then return to the bridge and click on the panel on the very left side to insert it.

Dressed For The Weather

Construct a cold suit.
Acquire a Cold suit by making it in fabricator. Player unlocks blueprint by scanning Coldsuit prop in Phi Robotics Lab in Glacial Basin, in Zeta Landon's room that is located in the lower section to the left when entering.

Spy Pengling

Construct a spy pengling.
Construct a Spypengling robot in fabricator. Blueprint is unlocked after scanning 1 fragment of spypengling. Fragments can be found near Phi Robotics Lab.

Like Riding a Bike

Ride a Snowfox.
Construct a Snowfox hoverbike using Snowfox hoverpad that can be build using habitat builder on a surface above water. Blueprint for Snowfox hoverpad can be obtained by scanning one of the fragments in Phi Robotics Lab. Snowfox fragments can be found scattered across Glacial Basin biome.

[STORY] Xenobiology

Encounter a sapient alien lifeform.
Player needs to enter alien Sanctuary in Twisty Bridges Biome at around 200m depth, follow path marked by blinking alien columns with lights and enter the cave. Story dialogue should trigger and player needs to go to the end of the Sanctuary where they need to click on the console to download an alien conciseness.

Achievement is granted after the cinematic.

[STORY] Finding the Cure

Use the antidote.
Player needs to obtain Kharaa antidote (item) using Spy Pengling in Glacial Basin. After obtaining the item head towards Glacial Forest (pink trees), where there is an entrance to a cave. Following the cave player needs to go near a frozen creature using an elevator. To initiate the sequence you need to click on the small robot, then interact with the panel behind it.

Achievement is granted after injection, and postules are gone

[STORY] Another Survivor

Find Marguerit's home.
Player needs to find and go near Marguerit's home base below Lily Padds biome. There is a beacon marker near the area that player needs to go down deeper that will be activated after encounter while going to Delta Station for the very first time. (PDA should mention it shortly after) The base is surrounded with green Hiveminds that glow purple when near.
Achievement is granted on the start of the dialogue after approaching the base

[STORY] Pirate Radio

Disable Alterra communications.
Player needs to construct Test Override Module, connect it to the Communications Tower on Delta Island and interact with tower's terminal.

To get blueprint for Test Override Module player needs to scan a part of it inside Marguerite's home base (See Another Survivor section for info how to get there).
To get Parrarel Processing Unit (item for fabricating TOM) player needs to craft it also in fabricator.
(in previous game versions they would need to find it inside Mercury II sunken wreckage, and extract it using laser cutter).

Achievement is granted after interacting with tower's terminal

[STORY] Out of Mind

Construct an alien vessel.
This is a very much an endgame achievement. Player must find and scan 3 body parts in Arctic Spires Cache, Deep Padds Cache and Crystal Caverns Cache. For more info on them click this text.[subnautica-belowzero.fandom.com]
After scanning all the parts and gathering all the necessary materials for the parts player needs to head towards Fabrication Facility in Fabricator Caverns (depth: 630-950m).
Inside the facility on the left side player interacts with 3 alien fabricators to build parts from gathered resources. After all 3 components are fabricated, they will go down and player will need to initiate the main sequence from master terminal in the middle of the path, before the big tank.
After the body has been build player needs to interact with the body (not talking about the scanning) to initiate consciousness transfer.

Achievement is granted after the cinematic.

[STORY] Into the Unknown

Leave 4546b.
Fininsh the game.
After building the vessel (achievement above), talk to Al-An. This will trigger a marker labeled "Gate Base", head there and pretty much do as instructed by Al-An.

Achievement should be granted after the last cinematic.

As this achievement is not really hard to get I didn't make a specific video for it so have a link showing ending just in-case something messes up in the end for you:

[UNIQUE] Platinum Trophy

Collect all other trophies (Read achievements)

This is a unique achievement, only obtainable on Playstation 4 and Playstation 5, that requires player to obtain all other achievements. This achievement does not eXist on any other port of the game, or PC version. I still included it here just for consistency, as well as this guide is meant to be universal - for all platforms (eXcluding Epic Games Client).
