Super Meat Boy Speedrun Achievements

The speedrun achievements in Super Meat Boy appear to be a bit of a mystery. Searching online I have been unable to find many estimations of what time is required and the estimations I did find were not accurate to my experience. I even saw something that indicated the creator of SMB might not know the precise timings. This guide aims to rectify this by noting down as accurately as possible what level timings got me the trophy. I will say in advance I am not sure if there are variables in the game which will change with each different player, so I cannot 100% guarantee that these times will work for you, but I figure they must be roughly what is required to pop the achievements. If you are here for tips on how to get these achievements I'm afraid I am not skilled enough to teach that, my only advice is switch up your characters (particularly to The Kid); that will help a great deal.

Just a brief note about the method I used for getting these achievements. Generally I played all the levels through normally, then going back to get the A+ and after that going back again to try and get the quickest time. I have noted when, using this method, the achievement popped for me so as to give you a rough idea of when to expect the achievement, also thus indicating that any time after the achievement popped is effectively free, i.e. if the achievement popped on Dark World 17 then the Dark Worlds 18, 19 and 20 times could still be improved on but were unnecessary. I will say as I went on I sometimes speedran the levels in a bit more of a random order, so if the achievement doesn't pop on precisely the same one as me do not worry.
