Super7 Complex Guide
Introduction
Main Part
At a first glance you'll think that it's impossible to do those High Stakes Challenges, but the true answer is boring: it takes a lot of practice. A lot of hours in usual racing is not enough - in order to become good at Super7, you need a lot of hours playing just Super7. And yes, it'll be extremely painful and frustrating at first. Then you'll start noticing some patterns that will help you win.
Some of those are:
A lot of times the route offered by the game is not the optimal route. Maybe you need to cut some corners (if it's a rare type "get somewhere fast" which isn't on the highway). If you can't make long enough jump no matter what, or can't beat the speed target no matter what, it might be the opposite - you need to get more distance somehow, so make your route longer (drive back first and start further away from your target, so you'll be able to reach higher speeds).
After about 100 sets played (of 7 challenges), you'll see that it becomes a lot easier, you'll be doing most of challenges pretty much on reflexes. I did about 250 at this point, and I can win probably 9 sets out of 10. Of course, it's up to you to decide whether or not it's worth the time.
Some tips which may helps others:- Ensure to set most convenient difficulty settings for your playstyle - e.g. traction assists on, which I normally switch off on drift etc., and definitely rewind.
- Many of challenges allow you to use rewind option, super relevant for time attack and long jump encounters; please note: sometimes rewind is turned off for challenge, so consider to test if it is on or not in a safe spot - if it is on, I am driving reckless and if off, in a balanced manner.
- There is a ratio of number played vs number of challenge likes, which is a sort of indicator if challenge is hard or not - I usually burn ones which are 0,5 or lower ratio likes vs played since they are almost unbeatable ones.
Festival Drag Strip Challenge
If the objective is "get XX speed at ~20 seconds" ensure to drive back to wall, accelerate with pressed break to get better start and finish.
Highway Challenge
Jump Challenge
If you have a jump challenge with rewind on, you basically have unlimited attempts - keep trying, until you make a perfect jump (where your car goes as straight as possible, without spinning or pulling the nose up too high).
There is one more tip which helps to make your jump distance longer. It's about objects on your way, which drastically slow your speed down. The steps are:
- Ensure the rewind is on.
- Do the jump and break danger sign borders which are slowing you.
- Before touching the ground, rewind to the moment when you are in the air.
- Continue, and then rewind back to the moment before borders.
If all has been done correctly, borders are removed and you fly ~10% further which is usually good enough to get the jump goal.
Unlimited High Stakes Lifes | Retries
Also it is possible to play High Stakes Challenges without losing lives and to have unlimited retries/replays of them. Do the next steps:
- Enter High Stakes
- Open the card, remember the author's and the challenge's name or just simply add to favorites using "Y" button.
- Exit High Stakes, click the icon to the right of normal Super7
- Find the challenge by the author's or the challenge's name, or go to the favorites.
- Complete the challenge as a regular Super7 with as many attempts as you need. Check The High Stakes then, it'll be also done!
❗The last 7th challenge can be done only in High Stakes mode or you'll lose your progress❗
Unlimited Bckstge Passes
The method contains next steps:
- Complete all 7 challenges and get a reward
- When you'll be asked to repeat, click "No, Thanks"
- Travel to the Fortune Island or Lego Valley( It is recommended to do few races there as well) and go back to the MainLand. After returning, the rewards will reset and the reward for the last 7th challenge again will be Backstage Pass.
❗️But there is also a cooldown time limit between getting the reward in one hour for most players. But try to figure it out first for yourself. Some players don't have this coolldown and have possibility to play S7 High Stakes again and again. Maybe you are one of them, who knows?
Conclusion
If you have any questions, write them in the comments and I will try to answer. Good luck!
Don't forget to like and add to favorites to make it visible to help more players. Thank you!
