The most profitable crops + fish + flowers + the most XP!

Hello farmers!

I have listed below the most profitable crops along with the most profitable XP if you would like to skip to what you came here for!

If you're anything like me, you struggled in the beginning to make money in Farm Together. (I like to expand WAY too quickly.) So, I decided to Google,"Farm Together most profitable crops". What I found was a list of crops such as beets, watermelons, sunflowers, etc. I planted these crops but didn't notice much of a profit after a couple of days. I was still hovering around 1k gold and I needed more! That is when I decided to look further into if these crops are ACTUALLY the most profitable. SURPRISE! They aren't. My list is based off of how much experience you make per minute off of these crops as well as how much gold per minute.

Let's get into the lists and math behind it!

Here are the top 10 most profitable crops in order + what you make per minute off of these crops!
**DISCLAIMER**
I do have to note, this is based off of what I have unlocked currently, this does NOT include every crop available in the game (yet!).

Most profitable crops + gold per minute:

• Jicama (7 gold per minute)
  
• Yellow Zucchini (4.9 gold per minute)
  
• Red Goji Berries (3.3 gold per minute)
  
• Red Pine Mushroom (2.9 gold per minute)
  
• Turnip (2.6 gold per minute)
  
• Soybean (2.2 gold per minute)
  
• Carrots (2.2 gold per minute)
  
• Zucchini (2.2 gold per minute)
  
• Leek (2.1 gold per minute)

• Watermelon = .1 gold per minute
  
• Beets = .8 gold per minute
  
• Blue grapes = .1 gold per minute

Now, the fish are a little tricky since you have a one time fee of placing them down. To make this simple I did NOT include the initial placement price into these values. This is pure profit after the fish is placed.

Also, you have a chance to earn a "Big Catch", so I included both values in the lists. How much you make off of of the big catch as well as regular fish.

• Hammerhead Shark (10 gold per minute [big catch] / 1.0 gold per minute)

Alright analytical Farmers!

If you are curious how I got the gold per minute this is the equation:

x / 60 minutes

x = hourly wage rate

Example:

Kiwi

You make 630 profit off of Kiwi
(Harvest price [1,630] - Purchase price [1,000] = 630)

Kiwi takes 1 day until you can harvest it.

1 day = 24 hours.

Wage rate = 630(profit) / 24(hours) = 26.25(profit/gold per hour)

Next, We take the profit per hour to find the profit per minute.

In one hour there are 60 minutes.

26.25(profit/gold per hour) / 60(minutes) = 0.4 (profit/gold per minute)

I will be continuously updating this guide as I unlock more crops in my game to make sure this guide is as accurate as possible.
