The painful process that is grinding Silver Lions

Silver lions is the main currency in War Thunder, and you use it to buy vehicles to progress further into the tech trees. You can see the amount of SL you have next to the "To battle!" button. At first the prices of vehicles are relatively cheap, but per rank the prices keep becoming higher, eventually reaching prices in the millions. And ofcourse just like for RP, there are also boosters for SL, reaching for up to a 500% SL booster.

Now to grind out a lot of Silver Lions, it is best if you have premium, or a premium vehicle, usually sales for WT happen in May, June, November and December, and the prices for premium go 50% off,
usually those are good times to get premium for dirt cheap. Now that you have premium, you can start grinding, every day you can open the daily crate, where you can get a ton of stuff from, but usually you get a SL booster or a RP booster, now we're looking for a SL booster. And once you get one, just activate it and that's that. But ofcourse this isn't going to rack you 200k SL per game. For that you will want to use wagers, wagers you can also get from daily crates, or by crates you get by playing matches. And these are really the moneymakers, first you need to put for example 10k SL in, and you can get 100k in return. they have challenges such as get 5 kills per game (5 for arcade, 3 for Realistic battles) but if you do that, its not yet completed, because there are stages, and for example, the destroy 5 units wager, has 3 stages, so you have to do it 3 times, but if you do not succeed for 3 matches, you lose the wager, and the SL you put into it.Now there is also another thing called orders, but in my opinion, its way harder to make SL with it.
You also get them via the daily crate, or crates you get by playing matches. Orders are also challenges just like wagers, except its for everybody in the game you are playing at the moment, and everyone has to compete to get first to get the prize pool. (the SL) an example for an order is Antimech, where the person who gets the most kills within 5 minutes where the order is active wins.
Now ofcourse you can combine all 3 items, Wagers, Boosters and Orders for the maximum amount of profit in a single game, and ofcourse premium is not necessary, but you get way more SL per game with it.

Lastly you should also enjoy playing WT, if you're not really enjoying playing WT at the moment you should probably take a break and grind some of that juicy SL later.

Now there is also naval, which a ton of people dislike, (me included) but well, some people like it to grind SL. Anyways because premium naval ships have insane SL modifiers (around 1900% with premium) you get insane amounts of SL by just playing naval.
