You have to enter the secret level or mod the game, give yourself infinite weapons and trap an alien / make him stuck. Do this until he is trapped. Don’t stop at any given moment. Continue until it is done.
Warning: it will take some time. Just don’t give it a second of rest. Mash the buttons til he goes down.
